Jer’Leigh (pronounced Jay Lee) started in real estate over 17 years ago, when her daughters were young. Family and friends are at the heart of everything she does, and a career in real estate has provided the flexibility needed to have quality time with the ones she loves.

Working for a big box broker for her first four years in real estate she learned quite a bit about the retail side of real estate but it was the investing side that caught her attention. She left that brokerage to look for more opportunity and a broker that aligned with her goals. Her first move was with a commercial broker. Through this broker she learned about commercial property management, warehouse, retail, and restaurant property acquisitions. After her three year stint in this field she moved on to a boutique broker, before getting her brokers license five years ago..

Since then, she has gotten her broker’s license in Colorado and built Texcel Real Estate into a close knit community of investor friendly realtors. She is a vendor partner with the leading online investor tool, Propelio, and hosts a YouTube show called Real Estate Divas. She has a passion for helping others grow and learn.
